Olivia Young

Olivia Young currently serves as the Director of Global Markets at HSBC Innovation Banking, a position held since June 2023, and also holds the role of Co-Chair for the Disability Employee Resource Group. Prior experience includes a Vice President position in Global Markets at Silicon Valley Bank from September 2020 to April 2023, as well as a Vice President role in Market Risk Solutions. Prior to that, Olivia was a Foreign Exchange Dealer at Argentex Group PLC from August 2018 to June 2020, and worked at HiFX from November 2012 to July 2018 in Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealing and Corporate Premier Sales. Olivia gained early experience through an internship at Christopher Street Capital in September 2011. Educational qualifications include a BA in Hons Business Management from the University of Brighton and attendance at Sir William Perkins’s School.
