Roni Erez currently serves as a Strategy Manager for Change and Transformation at HSBC Innovation Banking since June 2023, following a tenure as Vice President in Advisory Services (Restructuring) at Silicon Valley Bank's Israel Representative Office from October 2018 to June 2023. Prior to this, Roni held various positions including Senior Associate and Associate at Silicon Valley Bank, and worked as a Counselor for Birthright Israel Excel in 2018. Roni's earlier experience includes being an Account Manager at appalgo, an Academic Tutor with Students Teaching Students, and participating in a Summer Program at Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. Roni began a legal career as an Administrative Assistant at Ben Naftali, Erez, Zahavi & Co. Law Firm and served as Permissions Administrator in the Israel Defense Forces’ 8200 unit. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and dual bachelor’s degrees in Law and Psychology from Reichman University.
