Aarti Dahiya

Aarti Dahiya has extensive experience in data architecture and solution design within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Associate Director of Human Resource Data Architecture at HSBC since February 2020, Aarti oversees data governance, management, modeling, and analytics for HR systems. Previous roles include Lead Architect for Architecture Risks & Controls at HSBC, where responsibility encompassed implementing solution architecture controls and adopting industry standards. Aarti also held significant positions at Vodafone, including Solution Architect and Project Delivery Manager, focusing on end-to-end solution development and deployment. Early career experiences include roles at Tekelec, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Reliance Communications, covering product training, telecom network engineering, and project delivery. Aarti holds a Postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and an MBA from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
