Daniele Forni

Daniele Forni, FRM, currently serves as the Head of Wholesale Credit & Lending Analytics at HSBC since May 2014, where responsibilities include building core data infrastructure and tackling complex data challenges, along with leading inclusion, diversity, and engagement initiatives. Daniele has held multiple director-level positions at HSBC, focusing on data creation, analysis, and risk management, and previously worked as an Associate in Credit Risk Management at Deutsche Bank. In addition to professional roles, Daniele chairs the GARP Membership Advisory Committee and authors children's books about data science. Educational qualifications include a degree from the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick, among other academic achievements.
