Eugenia Rasilla Vazquez

Ma Eugenia Rasilla Vazquez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and people engagement, currently serving as the Head of People Engagement WPB at HSBC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ma Eugenia held the position of Subdirector de Comunicación Interna para Banca Comercial at Banco Santander from March 2018 to July 2022, where strategic communication and change management initiatives were designed for executives and branch teams. Ma Eugenia also served as Director of Consulting specializing in Organizational Development and Coaching at Soriano Ariza y Asociados and led national training and development initiatives at Banco Santander Mexico. Additional experience includes a senior consultative role at Overlap, where plans and tools for commercial training were developed. Ma Eugenia holds certifications in Change Management from Prosci and a diploma in Organizational Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
