Gail Russell has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Experience and Channels and Group Head of Marketing for Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC since October 2016. Gail has held various leadership roles within HSBC, including Global Head of Retail Business Banking and Head of Retail Business Banking in France. Additionally, Gail serves as a Non-Executive Director at Bud since March 2024. Prior experience includes key positions at Charities Aid Foundation, Standard Bank Group, Citi, Post Office Financial and Travel Services, TD Canada Trust, and Lloyds Bank. Gail Russell holds an Executive Education degree in Developing Strategy for Value Creation from London Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde.
