With over 25 years of experience in HR transformation within the financial and professional services sectors, Helen has held significant roles, including Human Resources Director at NatWest Markets and Director of HR Consulting at PwC. They are a chartered accountant and a graduate in law, and they maintain a commitment to enabling individuals to thrive in the digital age through strategic HR initiatives. Helen is also a chartered fellow of the CIPD and continues to advance their education in Human Resources Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
