Niina Perälä

Niina Perälä currently serves as the Head of People for the Infrastructure & Construction business area at Indutrade AB, a role assumed in January 2024. With previous extensive experience as HR Director at Indutrade Oy in Finland from April 2022 to December 2023, Niina has also held significant positions including Finland HR Manager at Dufry Group, HR Manager at Bergé Auto Nordics, and HR Business Partner at ISS Palvelut. Earlier career roles include HR Manager and HR Specialist at Algol Oy, HRS Specialist at Danske Bank, and HR Coordinator at Mandatum Securities Ltd. Niina Perälä holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Business Competence and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Modern Languages and International Business, both from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences.
