Hina Aqil has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having held roles at notable firms such as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte Consulting, and HSBC. Between 2015 and 2018, they served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where they implemented key operational models and led contract negotiations to enhance compliance. Hina worked at Deloitte Consulting from 2006 to 2015 as a Manager, driving performance improvement initiatives for various clients. Currently, they serve as the Head of Strategy and Change for Fund Services and Global Distribution and Transfer Agency at HSBC, a position they have held since 2022.
