Jessica Lebertois, CAIA, PRM, is a Managing Director with a strong track record in investment management, particularly in Alternative Investments. They have extensive international experience, having held leadership roles including Chief Risk Officer at both ING and First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Head of Operations, Risk and Compliance at XOLARIS Capital Private Equity. Their expertise encompasses portfolio construction, manager selection, and strategic asset allocation, along with a focus on risk-aware decision-making and talent development. Jessica currently leads Investment Operations for the Alternative franchise, managing direct and indirect investments globally. They are also pursuing multiple advanced degrees in engineering, finance, and mathematics.
