Judy Hsiao

Judy Hsiao is the VP of Products at Taishin International Commercial Bank, where they oversee various products including RTGS and eDDA. They are also a Digital Finance Consultant for the Taipei City Government, working on initiatives to create a cashless ecosystem with services like ePay and eTicket.
