Kai Yeow Tan possesses extensive experience in wealth management and investment advisory, currently serving in a global role at HSBC since October 2018, specializing in ultra-high-net-worth client product solutions. Previous positions include Director and DPM Specialist at HSBC Private Bank Singapore, where responsibility centered on product development and performance monitoring. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director at DBS Private Bank, Director and Team Leader for Greater China at Standard Chartered Private Bank, Head of Equities at DBS, and Treasury Product Manager at Citibank. Kai began a career in strategic planning at the Ministry of Manpower after completing academic qualifications in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and a Master’s in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
