Karam Chana, MBA, is an accomplished IT executive with expertise in infrastructure management and IT strategy integration. They currently serve as the Head of Core Technologies at Southern Water, leveraging their extensive background in IT service delivery and transformation. Karam previously held leadership positions at HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays, where they developed and led high-performing teams and managed complex IT operations. They earned their Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School and hold a Bachelor's degree from Middlesex University.
