Kate Rodrigues has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Interim Head of HR for WPB & IWPB COO at HSBC since August 2015, following roles as Regional Head of Human Resources for Digital Business Services in Asia Pacific and Global Technology HR Business Partner. Prior to HSBC, Kate worked as an HR Consultant at STANLIB from September 2014 to June 2015. Academically, Kate holds a BCom (Hon) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in the same field, both awarded by the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
