Łukasz Kaczmarek

Łukasz Kaczmarek is an Agile Project Manager at HSBC with over 16 years of experience in service management, product ownership, and Agile methodologies. Previously, Łukasz held roles such as Quality Assurance Architect and Agile Lead at ENGINIETY, where they significantly developed the firm’s Quality Assurance department and contributed to its growth from 7 to over 120 employees. They have also served as a Test Engineering Team Lead at Tieto and a Quality Assurance Engineer at Vendavo, honing skills in test management and project delivery across various industries. Łukasz earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Opole and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Silesia.
