Nicolas Fournier is a climate adaptation expert and project manager with a strong background in physical risk modeling for the energy, infrastructure, and banking sectors. They served as a Climate Advisor at Shell Oil Company from 2007 to 2015, where they developed climate change adaptation strategies and managed ice management initiatives.
