Romit Mufti

Romit Mufti is a seasoned HR professional with over 21 years of experience in various domains, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and international HR. They held key positions at organizations such as Edelweiss Asset Management Limited, IL&FS Financial Services Ltd, and Bank of America, contributing significantly to human resource strategies and operations. Currently, Romit serves as the Senior Vice President of HR at HSBC, where they lead HR initiatives. Romit completed an MMS in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai's NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research and holds a B.Com from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
