Sarah Pfuhl is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, and talent development. Pfuhl began legal career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and subsequently at WilmerHale, where a partnership role was achieved in the Securities Litigation and Enforcement and Financial Institutions groups. Pfuhl transitioned to corporate roles, serving as Global Integration at WPP, SVP of Special Counsel & People at WeWork, and holding senior positions at ServiceNow, including SVP of Global Talent Development and VP of Global Integration. Currently, Pfuhl serves as Global General Counsel for Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement, and Investigations at HSBC Holdings plc.
