Tom Wood

Tom Wood is currently the Managing Director and Head of SME Business Banking at HSBC UK. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles at Barclays, including Head of Professional Services Industry and Corporate Director, where responsibilities included managing relationships with professional services clients and team leadership. From 2014 to 2018, Tom served as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking for the London region at HSBC, focusing on client experience and regional strategy. Tom began their career as a Relationship Manager in SME Banking at NatWest from 2002 to 2007 and is pursuing a BSc in Geology at the University of Leicester.
