Xavier DESMADRYL

Xavier Desmadryl is the Global Head of ESG Research and PRI at HSBC Global Asset Management, a role they have held since 2013, where they focus on integrating ESG principles across global asset classes. Prior to this, they worked at HSBC Global Asset Management as the Global Head of ESG Research and PRI from 2010 to 2013 and served as an SRI Analyst from 1999 to 2010. Xavier began their career as a Business Relationships Manager at Caisse des Dépôts - Ecureuil Gestion from 1995 to 1999. They hold a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from ESLSCA Business School and are a Certified European Financial Analyst from SFAF.
