Maria Boehm

Maria Boehm is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in commercial construction and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HSC Builders & Construction Managers since December 2020, Maria is responsible for developing project schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing procurement processes. Previously, Maria held project management roles at Camfred Construction and served as a Cost Engineer at Skanska. Additionally, Maria has experience as an Independent Consultant focusing on commercial locations and store design, as well as a Sales Manager at America's Mattress, where negotiation and inventory selection were key responsibilities. Maria holds an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from Drexel University, and a BA in Communications from the University of Dayton.
