Thomas Gross has had a successful career in IT management, with experience at companies such as HSE24 Home Shopping Europe GmbH, HOT Networks, Avnet, and Amway. Thomas has expertise in incident management, configuration management, cost management, and project management. Thomas has also been involved in design and implementation of various IT infrastructure projects, including LAN/WAN systems, E-Mail systems, server networks, backup infrastructure, and network management platforms.
