Cristian Neagu

Cristian Neagu currently serves as a Senior IT Service Manager in the Digital Excellence - Development team for Global Services at OMV Petrom since April 2024, focusing on lifecycle management of services and global project deployments. Prior experience at Ericsson spans over twelve years, where Cristian held various roles, including Team Leader Service Management, Incident Manager, and RAN Technician, gaining expertise in incident management and service restoration for H3G Italy Network. Cristian has also completed short-term assignments in process documentation and audits, and began professional experience as a Sales Agent at RCS&RDS and a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull. Cristian holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Transilvania University of Brașov.
