Hans - Jürgen Tiedtke

Hans-Jürgen Tiedtke has extensive experience in various leadership roles within different companies. Starting in 1992, they were the Managing Director at HP-medica GmbH, where they successfully established an R&D subsidiary, developed medical devices, and facilitated a technology sale. In 2004, they became the Managing Director and VP of Technology at Intelligent Medical Implants GmbH, where they led a team in developing an active eye-implant system and secured significant funding. Hans-Jürgen then joined Qiagen in 2011 as the Associate Director of Platform Solutions, overseeing the system architecture and hardware development of the GeneReader instrument. Currently, Tiedtke is the Head of System Engineering at HSE.AG, where they lead the transformation of the System Engineering team and focuses on workflow and process analysis.

Hans-Jürgen Tiedtke completed their education at RWTH Aachen University, where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik.
