Dinushan Tennakoon

Dinushan Tennakoon currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at both hSenid Business Solutions and PeoplesHR, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Dinushan was the Human Resources Manager at Maga Engineering (Private) Limited from February 2021 to November 2022 and worked as the Manager of Learning & Development at Ambeon from May 2018 to February 2021. The career began as a Junior Executive in Human Resources at National Development Bank PLC (NDB) from January 2013 to April 2018 and included an early role as a Human Resources Intern at MAS Active. Educational qualifications include a Master's in International Relations from the University of Colombo, a Postgraduate Diploma in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the same institution, a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Staffordshire University, and various professional qualifications in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, and Marketing.
