Melissa Rotramel-Richter

Melissa Rotramel-Richter is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with extensive experience in various counseling roles. Currently serving as a Senior Renewal Therapist at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Highland since September 2022, Melissa previously worked as a Restorative Justice Conferencing Administrator at St Clair County Teen Court and as a Counselor at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where responsibilities included counseling children and adolescents with diverse disorders and conducting comprehensive assessments. Earlier experience includes being a Special Education Paraprofessional at Breese Elementary for nearly two decades, where support was provided to K-8 students with emotional and behavioral challenges. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lindenwood University, in addition to undergraduate degrees in Interior Design and History from Webster University and St. Louis Community College.
