Dheeraj Kumar

Dheeraj Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dheeraj currently holds the position of Associate Vice President at AGI Greenpac since July 2021, responsible for overseeing multiple units and leading a team of over 700 people. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Auditor at DNV GL from 2008 to 2012, where they gained exposure to various industry practices through conducting audits and training sessions for more than 500 organizations. Before that, they held the role of Sr. Manufacturing Executive at ITC Limited from 2002 to 2008, where they played a crucial role in starting their confectionery business and managing overall operations. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Officer at Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. from 1996 to 2002, where they gained experience in production and quality management in a large-scale setup.

Dheeraj Kumar began their education journey in 1992 at Harcourt Butler Technical University, where they pursued a B. Tech. Food Technology degree. Dheeraj successfully completed their Engineer's Degree in the field in 1996.

In 2013, Dheeraj enrolled in the Centre for Organization Development (COD) in Hyderabad for a Certificate Program in Executive Education. This program aimed to enhance their leadership and managerial capabilities and lasted until 2015.
