Lynette Morham BSc (Hons), FCCA has had extensive work experience in the accounting field. Lynette began their career in 2006 as an Accountant and Auditor at Griffiths Green Arnold, Chartered Accountants. In this role, they were responsible for managing client accounts and conducting audits for a wide range of organizations, including charities and companies with turnovers up to £180 million.

In 2010, Lynette joined HSJ Accountants, Business & Tax Advisors as a Senior Client Account Manager and Head of the Accounts Department. In this position, they utilized their in-depth knowledge of SMEs across various industries, such as care, retail, consulting, manufacturing, and trade. Lynette managed a team of 7 individuals and was involved in trainee mentoring and development.

Lynette then briefly served as a Client Account Manager at Lewis Ballard Limited in 2011 before returning to their role at HSJ Accountants.

Lynette began their education journey at Caldicot Comprehensive from 1995 to 2002, where they attained a degree from Newport University of Wales. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting from the University of South Wales from 2002 to 2005. It was in 2007 to 2009 that they attended Kaplan Professional, focusing on accounting, and earned a degree in ACCA. Continuing their education at Kaplan Professional, they then completed the FCCA program from 2013 to 2014.
