Kate Dobbrick

Kate Dobbrick is an experienced talent and capability manager currently at HSK Ward Group since May 2020, having previously held roles as a human resources manager. Prior to HSK Ward Group, Kate held the position of Senior Manager - Employee Experience - Australia at Mobi2Go from May 2019 to April 2020, where responsibilities included driving the employee experience agenda and fostering an agile work environment. Additional experience includes over a decade at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, where Kate served as an Organisational Wellbeing Specialist, leading the organisational wellbeing function and implementing the Sustainable High Performance Program. Kate's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Business in HR and Marketing from Queensland University of Technology.
