Claudia Lisboa is the Fundadora of Soul Academy, where they collaborate with companies focusing on developing soft skills. Their experience includes being a Consultora Associada at Grupo Valure, a Professora at HSM, and a Vice-Presidente do Comitê Executivo Wial Brasil at WIAL. They also founded and directed content at StepU and served as a Diretora Executiva at Associação Brasileira do Agronegócio (Abag). Their educational background includes a degree in Administration from Universidade da Amazônia and an MBA in Strategic People Management from Integração Escola de Negócios. Additionally, they have pursued postgraduate studies in Natural Therapies and Complementary Therapies in a Holistic Transdisciplinary Approach.
