João Cordeiro

João Cordeiro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and partnerships, serving as the Founding Partner and Consultant at João Cordeiro since January 2008. Cordeiro is also the founder of Accountability Academy and has held various partner roles at HSM, EAG - Empresa Autogerenciável, Viasoft Connect, and JSN Palestras e Mentoria since 2010 and 2021 respectively. Additionally, Cordeiro serves as President Board Member at IBACC and is an alumnus of Disney Institute. A member of the National Speakers Association-Minnesota Chapter since 2009, Cordeiro previously co-founded Max Estratégias Humanas, providing human resources solutions. Cordeiro's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, an extension course in Business Administration from FGV, a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, and an extension course in Business Sales from the University of Michigan.
