Brandon Burtis Crme

Brandon Burtis, CRME has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Brandon currently holds the position of Vice President of Membership at HSMAI. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy at Pacifica Hotels, where they were responsible for overseeing revenue management and distribution for a collection of 36 assets. Brandon also managed a team of 5 Regional Directors supporting the portfolio's daily revenue strategy execution.

Before joining Pacifica Hotels, Brandon worked as the Director of Revenue Management at Viceroy Hotel Group, where they managed revenue strategy and property performance for a luxury lifestyle property in Santa Monica. Additionally, they served as the Corporate Director of Revenue & Distribution at Coast Hotels USA, where they oversaw revenue management and distribution for the brand portfolio in the US. During their tenure, they chaired weekly strategy meetings and monthly Marketing & Distribution calls to drive market penetration and year-over-year growth.

Brandon's earlier experience includes roles such as Revenue Manager at Woodmark Hotel Yacht Club & Spa and a brief position in reservations at MTM Luxury Lodging. Throughout their career, Brandon has showcased their expertise in revenue management, distribution, and strategy, driving optimal performance and market penetration for the organizations they have worked with.

Brandon Burtis, CRME, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Brandon has obtained several certifications related to revenue management and the hospitality industry. In August 2015, they became a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) from HSMAI. Brandon also holds the Hilton GRO Certification, obtained in April 2018 from Hilton, and the OneYield Version 2 Certification, obtained in March 2018 from Marriott International.
