Olgica Naumovska

Olgica Naumovska is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Managing Director and HR Business Partner at HSO since June 2016, as well as President of the NL Chamber since December 2019. Previously, Olgica held key positions such as Managing Partner and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Frontwise Group and worked with several firms as a professional talent acquisition and training consultant. Early career roles include Customer Care at Mediterranean Shipping Company and HR Assistant at ONE - Telecommunications Services SC Skopje. Olgica's educational background includes studies at Cyril and Methodius Faculty of Philosophy in Macedonia and completion of high school with a focus on Architecture at GUC "Zdravko Cvetkovski".
