Shaji Philipose

Shaji Philipose is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading business operations and service delivery across various technology firms. Currently serving as Country Head & Managing Director at HSO, the second-largest Microsoft Partner for Enterprise Application development, Shaji oversees the India and Philippines Capability Centers. Prior roles include Country Head at Compucom, where strategic growth was driven alongside P&L management and service delivery leadership, and similar positions at Office Depot and Wipro Limited, where Shaji led significant teams and business units. With a background in channel leadership and operations management at IBM and Sutherland, Shaji's career highlights include scaling large teams, managing substantial P&L responsibilities, and holding council membership with Nasscom. Shaji holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
