Mike Reason

Mike Reason has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in different companies. Mike started their most recent position as Finance Director at HSPG in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Inprova Group for over 11 years, where they were the Financial Director. During their time at Inprova Group, they gained experience in M&A and successfully completed a management buyout (MBO) after a PE-backed buy and build strategy. Before joining Inprova Group, Mike held positions as Financial Controller at Redstone Managed Solutions Ltd and as a Management Accountant at Redstone Converged Solutions Ltd. Mike also worked as an Accountant at Redstone and as a Strategic Accountant at BAE Systems.

Mike Reason attended Lancaster University from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Management Studies. Prior to that, they attended BPP Accountancy from 2002 to 2007 and obtained a CIMA degree in CIMA. Additionally, they obtained the ACMA certification from CIMA in 2007.
