Jon Overman

Jon Overman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon began their career as an Apprentice Toolmaker at PJ Mouldings from June 1996 to June 1999.

In February 1999, they joined HSS Hire as a Regional Manager, where they demonstrated exceptional performance and achieved consecutive monthly turnover and profit targets for 30 months. Jon also served as the Key Accounts Director, creating and managing a new Key Accounts Team with the goal of increasing turnover from 3% to the company's total turnover.

Jon Overman continued to climb the corporate ladder within HSS Hire, assuming various roles such as Managing Director (South), Managing Director for England & Wales, Group Sales Director, and finally, Group Managing Director. In their most recent position, they held the critical role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Additionally, in July 2016, Jon Overman became a Non-Executive Director at Bedford Citizens Housing Association, where they served until September 2021.

Jon Overman attended the Henley Business School from 2008 to 2009, where they completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP). Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they studied Management Studies at East Berkshire College, earning a DMS degree.
