Garrett Fristoe Miller

Garrett Fristoe Miller is the current General Manager of Navigation at Mapbox. Prior to their current position, Miller served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Government Solutions at Verra Mobility from January 2019 to December 2021. At Verra Mobility, Miller was responsible for a $200 million business unit and was tasked with leading and maturing business operations and financial performance while developing strategy to evolve a legacy business. Additionally, Miller oversaw 3 new product launches, 2 new territory expansions and 1 product line turnaround while also delivering year-over-year revenue growth of 20%+.

Before joining Verra Mobility, Miller served as the Chief Digital Officer at GE Current from January 2016 to December 2019. In their role as Chief Digital Officer, Miller was responsible for accelerating GE’s digital transformation across the company’s portfolio of industrial businesses. Additionally, Miller led GE’s $1 billion+ digital industrial software business and grew the business by over 50% during their tenure.

Miller has a proven track record of success in both the public and private sector. Garrett has a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to deliver public safety and transportation outcomes. Miller is a results-driven leader with a passion for improving employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Garrett Fristoe Miller has a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Yale University, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Pomona College. Garrett also has a degree in Oceanography, Chemical and Physical from the Sea Education Association | SEA Semester.
