Romy Lotgerink

Romy Lotgerink currently serves as an HR-adviseur at HST Groep since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter at De Twentse Zorgcentra from January 2021 to November 2023 and as a Trainee at SamenTwente, where projects were completed within Twentse municipalities from September 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, Romy held various positions at Brandweer Twente, including HR-beleidsmedewerker and Projectleider, while also conducting a graduation research project on leadership and organizational engagement. Prior HR experience includes an internship at Apollo Tyres Ltd and a P&O internship at Gemeente Enschede. Romy obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by minors in organizational advising and English language and culture from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Fontys University of Applied Sciences, respectively. Educational background also includes HAVO from Bonhoeffer College.
