Eric Hanson

Eric Hanson, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of Driver Recruiting and Human Resources at J & M Tank Lines, Inc., a role held since May 2018. In this position, Eric develops and executes strategic human resource initiatives focusing on truck driver recruitment, retention, employee development, benefits, relations, and talent selection. Previous experience includes establishing and managing a centralized recruitment and retention department at Miller Transporters, Inc. from April 2006 to May 2018, where all aspects of driver recruitment and retention were overseen. Eric also served as Dedicated Operations Manager at Highway Transport Logistics, Inc., and held various roles including Logistics Site Manager, Terminal Manager, and Dispatcher at Miller Transporters, Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation-Distribution from Auburn University.
