Rachel Maas Mph

Rachel Maas, MPH, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as an Associate in Research & Evaluation at Hatchuel Tabernik & Associates since April 2021. In this role, Rachel leads local mixed-methods evaluations for health departments, city programs, and school districts in the Bay Area, managing client relationships and developing various research instruments. Previously, Rachel held positions as a Policy & Research Fellow at the Center for WorkLife Law, provided instructional support at UC Berkeley's School of Public Health, and collaborated with organizations like the Berkeley Food Network and the Agricultural Institute of Marin on program evaluations and research initiatives. With a strong background in data analysis and qualitative research, Rachel has contributed to numerous health research projects, including analyzing drug test data for veterans. Rachel holds a Master of Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Food Systems from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Kenyon College.
