Jim Outwater

Jim Outwater has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data, integration, and enterprise architecture. Jim began their career as a Business System Analyst at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., where they managed enterprise application development and production application support. Jim then worked at Mars as the Global Business Intelligence Manager, leading the entire global Business Intelligence environment for the company. After that, Jim became the VP of Business Intelligence at Westbay Solutions Group, where they developed and led the Business Intelligence consulting practice. Jim then served as the Enterprise Architect at AARP, guiding the design and implementation of the New Volunteer Portal application. Currently, Jim is working as the Principal Architect and Practice Director for Salesforce and Data Services at HTC Global Services, delivering integrated solutions and architecture for multiple clients across various industries. Overall, Jim has extensive experience in the field of data, integration, and enterprise architecture.

Jim Outwater has a Master's degree in Education from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, also from UCLA. Jim has obtained a certification in "Big Data Foundations: Techniques and Concepts" from LinkedIn in 2018.
