Nithya Kasthurirangan

Nithya Kasthurirangan is an experienced Human Resources Specialist currently employed at HTC Global Services since September 2017. Prior experience includes a role in Human Resources at Aara Tech Pvt Ltd from August 2016 to September 2017 and an HR internship at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED in late 2012, where participation in the Corporate Social Responsibility program involved managing the entire process from scheme development to funding allocation. Additionally, Nithya completed an internship at Ashok Leyland, focusing on developing a filing system and gaining exposure to Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement. Nithya holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in HR from DG Vaishnav College, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
