Shailaja Naik has over 25 years of extensive experience in recruitment and resource management, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at HTC Global Services since January 2008, following a progression of leadership roles including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Previously, Shailaja held positions such as Recruitment Manager at IonIdea Enterprise Solutions and Resource Manager at Infokall Solutions. Early career experience includes roles at Optimos, People.Com Inc, and Aberdeen Manpower. Shailaja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce and attended St. Felix Convent School in Pune.
