Thibhagar Sivaniah is a seasoned Senior Talent Partner at HTC Global Services, specializing in AI-enabled talent acquisition strategies for the GCC since December 2013. With expertise in stakeholder management, strategic workforce planning, and high-volume recruitment for technical and leadership roles, Thibhagar also focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring strategies, market research, and recruitment metrics analysis. Prior to this role, Thibhagar served as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Disys and as a Senior Consultant at Zen HR Consulting, gaining extensive experience in various industries including BFSI and IT. Thibhagar holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Loyola College of Education.
