Sophie Langley

Sophie Langley currently serves as the Head of Innovation and Product Development at HTC Health, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Sophie worked at THG from September 2019 to April 2025, progressing from Product Development Manager to Senior NPD Technologist and NPD Technologist within the Nutrition Division, focusing on brands like Myprotein, Myvitamins, and Myvegan. From July 2015 to September 2019, Sophie was a Technical & Business Development Executive at Flaverco Ltd., where responsibilities included project management for ingredient inquiries and product formulation. Sophie began her career in the food industry during a placement year at Flaverco Ltd. as a Food Technologist while pursuing a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Reading, which was completed in 2017. Additional early experience includes roles as a bartender and server.
