Donnell Ray

Donnell Ray, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1995, Ray served in various roles in the US Army, including Infantryman, Aviator, and Aviation Officer. In 2015, they transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as a Cyber Resource Manager at Engility Corporation. From 2016 to 2018, Ray held positions at Amazon as a Prime Now Operations Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations Manager. Donnell further advanced their career at Amazon as a Sr Operations Manager Multi-Site from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Ray joined RMUS | Unmanned Solutions™ as the Director of Training and Development. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Midland Christian School from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at HTeaO, starting in October 2023. Ray's experience spans leadership, operations management, human resources, and training and development.

Donnell Ray, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Project Management Certification from Syracuse University. Additionally, Donnell has several additional certifications including Part 107 from the Federal Aviation Administration, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², CloudU Certification from Rackspace, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council, and ITIL Foundations from EXIN. Donnell is also a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
