Natalie Snow

Natalie Snow has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Natalie most recently served as the Head of Operations at HTeaO, where they supervised two operating stores and one store in the building process. There, they managed three store managers and over 50 employees, overseeing merchandise inventory, budgets, and supply ordering. Prior to their role as Head of Operations, Natalie worked as the Marketing and Event Coordinator at HTeaO. Before joining HTeaO, they served as the General Manager at Chick-fil-A Restaurants and as a Management Team Member at Market Street. As the Director Team Lead at Chick-fil-A, Natalie demonstrated their leadership skills, and at Market Street, they served as a valuable member of the management team. Natalie has a strong background in operations, management, marketing, and event coordination.

Natalie Snow attended Texas Tech University from 2021 to 2025, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
