Mina Stefanovic

Mina Stefanovic is a professional with extensive experience in project management and service design, currently serving as a Tech Excellence Associate Project Manager and Service Design Lead at HTEC since September 2017. Mina has successfully led initiatives to enhance employee experience during onboarding and spearheaded the creation of the company website, utilizing Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. Prior to HTEC, Mina worked at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency, focusing on communication and governance, and held roles in HR and recruiting at the High Tech Engineering Center, as well as program and communication officer at ENECA. Mina holds a Master’s in Management from the University of Niš and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the same institution, complemented by a semester abroad in International Studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Mina pursued a degree in Service Design from the Interaction Design Foundation from 2021 to 2023.
