Samir Fazlinovic

Samir Fazlinovic serves as the Division Head of Technology at HTEC Group since April 2023, following a tenure as a Software Engineer at Mistral from May 2019 to April 2023. Prior experience includes IT Consultant and Software Engineer roles at NextVision, where responsibilities encompassed product ownership in developing a Core Banking System, and earlier positions at Mistral Technologies as a Software Engineer, and at Raiffeisen BANK dd BIH as Head of Software Development Division and Application Architect, managing over 20 developers and creating development technology strategies. Samir began the career as an IT Engineer at ITM Controls and co-owned an IT hardware and software store, MS Procesor, between 2002 and 2005. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from the University of Sarajevo, obtained between 1997 and 2008.
