Tejbir Bindra

Reliability Engineer at HTEC Hydrogen Technology & Energy

Tejbir Bindra has a diverse work experience in various positions. They began their career as an Operations Engineering Co-op Student at HTEC from September 2021 to August 2022. Following that, they worked as a Junior Engineering Technician at HTEC from August 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they hold a role as an Operations Data Analyst at HTEC since June 2023. Prior to their work at HTEC, Tejbir was a Forge Subteam Member at UBC Volcan from November 2020. They were responsible for designing a striking anvil for the team to use. Additionally, from May 2021 to August 2021, Tejbir served as a Research Assistant Intern at the Wenying Liu Research Group, where they performed leaching to extract gold from oxides in chloride media. They also conducted literature reviews and used ICP-OES to detect metal concentrations. Finally, Tejbir was involved with UBC Solar as an Aeroshell Subteam Member from September 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they designed and integrated CAD models, compiled fluid flow analysis models, and received safety training certification.

Tejbir Bindra obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from The University of British Columbia. The duration of study for this degree was from 2018 to 2023.
